Knowing Mark since we were 11, I was delighted when he told me he had met and married Cindy; she was adorable and perfect for Mark. I worked along side Cindy for many years, helping numerous children and their families with various developmental needs. Her dedication and unconditional love for what she was doing, and her tenacity and determination in helping those children was remarkable. Truly an inspiration. Cindy’s bright blue eyes, beautiful smile, and genuine spirit full of true joy was easily shared with so many. Gone too soon, you’ll live forever in so many hearts Cindy.
